Hotel Reservation Process

CDC-EIS has confirmed a room block at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Downtown for attendees for the CDC-EIS Annual Conference at the per diem rate of $182 per night.  The default check-in date is Tuesday, April 22 and default check-out date is Friday, April 25.  If you need alternate dates you can select those during the online booking process. Pre and post conference dates and rates are based on hotel availability.

eventPower is the Official Housing Provider for the 2025 the CDC-EIS Annual Conference. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than eventPower is not approved. Unaffiliated organizations may appear to offer reservations at lower rates, but they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to your organization or eventPower.
 

Cost and Housing Rate Deadline

Hotel rooms have been secured at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Downtown for the special conference rate of USD $182 per day (prevailing GSA per diem), plus applicable taxes. The hotel rate is valid until the room block is sold out or until 11:59 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.

Steps to Reserve your Hotel Room 

Step 1: Book the Hotel Room

If you have not already done so, complete your conference registration. Conference Attendees can access the booking link in the CDC-EIS Registration Confirmation email to make or edit their hotel reservation.

Please Note: Incoming EIS Officers & LLS Fellows will have their hotel room booked for them. For more information, contact EISapplication@cdc.gov.
 

Step 2: Confirmation

The hotel confirmation email will be sent to the email address that was provided during the hotel booking process. Please check your spam folder in case a confirmation email was not received. 

Note: If you need to make any changes to a confirmed hotel room, please contact the hotel directly.

Visitor Parking is located on C Level at the Peachtree Center Avenue entrance. Visitors may gain access to the Garage by taking a ticket from the ticket spitter machine and pulling straight into the garage where 34 spaces are reserved for office visitors. Visitor Parking is limited to two hours. Regular parking rates apply to anyone using the Visitor Parking spaces. Visitors may also park in any non-reserved parking space in this 10-level parking facility.
