Exhibit Hall Floor Plan

The exhibit space will be located in the Atrium Foyer of the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. The floor plan is currently in progress. Exhibit booth placement will be made by CDC.  You will be sent your booth-assigned number in early April 2024.

Monday, April 22, 2024: 1:00 - 6:00 pm
 

Exhibit Hall Hours

Tuesday, April 23, 2024: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday, April 24, 2024: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Thursday, April 25, 2024: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday, April 26, 2024: 8:00 am - 11:00 am

Exhibitors should plan to be at their booths throughout the conference and especially during conference break and meal times.  Refer to the Agenda page for detailed timing. 
 

Move Out Hours

Friday, April 26, 2024: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Note: All exhibitors must have everything removed from the space prior to 2:00 pm. 

Exhibitor Portal

The portal will be used by all exhibitors to access information regarding their participation, including the exhibitor service kit, link to register personnel, etc. Exhibitors will also be able to upload their logo and organization descriptions through the portal.

Organization Description and Logo

All contracted exhibitors will be provided a link to their exhibitor portal that allows the uploading of all exhibitor information, including the organization’s description and logo for the printed program guide.

Deadline to Upload Organization Details and Logo

We suggest that all organizations upload available information immediately. The deadline to upload your details is April 1, 2024.
 

Dress Code

Business attire or local market equivalent is expected for all days and functions.
